Florida Elite Volleyball Academy (FEVA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order through the Florida Elite Volleyball Academy online store (“Store”) and completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all purchases of FEVA merchandise.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by FEVA. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets through our payment processor.
3. Pickup-Only Policy (No Shipping)
All merchandise sold through the FEVA Store is pickup only.

No shipping is available.

Orders are distributed through team practices or designated FEVA pickup events.
4. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.

FEVA does not accept returns.

FEVA does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all merchandise, including apparel and gear, regardless of size or fit.
5. Exchanges (At FEVA’s Sole Discretion)
Exchanges may be considered only at the sole discretion of FEVA.

Exchanges are not guaranteed.

Any approved exchange is subject to availability and may require the customer to cover any price difference.

FEVA reserves the right to deny any exchange request for any reason.
6. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with Florida law.
7. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing or display differences.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEVA’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item. FEVA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
